Hey, it’s Matt here and I’ll be the first to admit that I was a little clueless when it came to taking care of my first hamster. I mean, how hard could it be, right? Just throw some food in a cage and call it a day, right?<\/p>\n

Well, let me tell you, I quickly learned that there’s a little bit more to it than that. And one of the things that tripped me up the most was figuring out how long to play with my hamster<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I mean, I didn’t want to neglect the little guy, but I also didn’t want to overwhelm him with too much attention. It was a fine line to walk and I definitely had my fair share of mishaps along the way.<\/p>\n

So, in an effort to save other hamster owners<\/a> from making the same mistakes I did, I’m here to shed some light on the topic of hamster playtime.<\/p>\n
